The current squad down at the bury

Dean Morrell (Deano) - Goalkeeper - Dean has been with the club since the 2006/07 season. On the whole a pretty dependable keeper, good in the air, great shot stopper and great distribution.

Gareth Webb (Webbo) - Central Defender - Gareth is a club veteran and has been at Westbury for some years. Strong in the air as well as the tackle. A good organiser at the back and gets his share of goals from set pieces.

Felix Low (Flea/Felo) - Central Defender / Forward - Last seasons Players Player of the year, Felix did a fantastic job at centre half and has filled in again when called upon this season. Versatile, quick, strong and a good reader of the game.

Leon Brightman - Right Back - A new edition to the set-up at Westbury but has already claimed his place in the starting eleven. Uses both feet with great effect and one hell of a throw to boot.

Jason Watson - Left Back - (Club Captain) Jason is solid on the left side of the Westbury back line. Adaptable player who can also play in midfield and inspirational to the team.

Dominic Illbury - Left/Centre Back - Dominic joined the club part way into the 2007/08 season. A good defender with plenty of pace. Can play in the centre as well as on the left hand side.

Nick Beckingham - Right Back - Nick has been at the club since the 2006/07 season. A good right sided defender with a good turn of pace when required.

Antonio Fischer (Toni) - Central Midfielder - Possibly the most energetic player at the club, never seems to stop running. Strong, good in the air and a good passer of the ball.

Brian Gallagher - Central Midfielder - A welcome new edition to the reds squad. Superb with his head and has tremendous vision that can create a chance from nowhere.

Will Peel-Yates (Yoda) - Right Midfielder - Will is a great reader of the game and terrifies defenders with the ball at his feet. Always seems to have an extra half a yard, most likely down to his low centre of gravity and quick feet. Dangerous in and around the box.

Dominic Berry - Left Midfielder / Forward - Strong, fast, skilful and a quality left peg. Scares defenders with his pace and creates goalscoring opportunities almost at will.

Richard Denton (D/Tricky) - Left Winger - You will struggle to find many better. Good with both feet, a great crosser and can pop up with a goal or two.

Matthew Woodward (Woody) - Forward - An abundance of pace and a good right peg. Gets into good goalscoring positions. Sometimes lucky but to the benefit of the team.

Shane Watts - Forward - Oozes quality, a great finisher with an eye for goal from anywhere. Strong, quick and good in the air. Total package.

Oli Bramall - Midfielder - A willing runner who gets in good positions. Has chipped in with a few goals so far this season but there is some room for improvement.

Damian King - Midfielder - Battles well for a little man and loves the curling shot to the far post. Always puts it in to the end.

Mark Merry - Defender - An american footballer more so than a "soccer" player. Talks well during a game and not afraid of a strong challenge.

Neil O'Connell - Midfielder - A pitbull in the middle of the park. Willing to stick any part of his body in the way even if it means stopping the ball with his nuts. Scored a few so far this season but doesn't figure all the time due to his QPR season ticket.

Joe Taylor - Midfield - A new player to the squad but already proved he can play. Good feet and vision, more to follow............
